  1. How do I get in touch with The Hosteller?
    For any booking related query you can mail us at booking@thehosteller.com. For any complaints or matters related to your stay, mail us at contact@thehosteller.com. The contact page for each hostel has listed down details specific to the hostel.
  3. Our hostels are on Google maps, making it easier for you to navigate to the spot. We have listed specific instructions for you to reach The Hosteller – on the individual hostel pages, on The Hosteller website.


  1. Are there any restrictions on age limit to stay at The Hosteller?
    No there aren’t. Except, minors require a written consent from their parents/guardians.
  3. Are pets allowed?
    Pets aren’t allowed in the hostels.
  5. Are all rooms shared?
    We have private room options as well. Please contact our booking team or respective property managers for more information on the same.
  7. Will I get a locker facilities?
    All beds have a separate locker allocated for you to keep your valuables safe.

Cancellation Policy and Non-Arrivals

  1. 3 days prior to arrival: 50% deduction on the total amount.
  2. Within 3 days of arrival: 75% deduction on the total amount.
  3. Same day: 100% deduction on the total amount

Kindly note : Refunds for the cancelled bookings shall take 4-7 days to process.

Rooms and facilities

  1. What are the different types of rooms that I can choose from
    We have 8-bed, 6-bed, 4-bed and 3-bed/private dormitory options for you to choose from. We also have exclusive female dormitories at each of our properties.
  3. Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
    Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking areas in the hostels. People found smoking inside the dorms/rooms would be fined.
  5. Is bed linen provided?
    Yes. We provide bed linen.
  7. Is breakfast provided?
    Breakfast is an add-on, available at both our hostels.
  9. Is there WiFi at the hostel?
    Yes. This is provided for free in the rooms and common chillout areas.
  10. Do you provide towels?
    We provide a towel set, including a soap, toothpaste and toothbrush. Please contact the hostel reception to avail the same.
  12. Is parking available at the hostel?
    Limited parking space is available at both our hostels. We don’t take reservations for the parking spot though.
