Yes, we have Wi-Fi connections at all our hostels to ensure seamless work with a general speed of 10-20 Mbps. However, certain offbeat locations do experience cellular network and internet fluctuation from time to time. But our hostel manager would be more than happy to help you out in case you face an issue.

We don't provide systems to work on for workation.

Parking is subject to availaility on hostel locations. Kindly refer to the hostel information page for parking related information.

Sorry to let you know that we don't have a campsite option available at our hostel locations. You can book our dorm bed or private room for a convenient stay.

Minimum duration: 1 week; Maximum duration: 4 weeks

You have a choice between dorm rooms or private rooms. On the booking page, you will be able to choose which room you want to book.

This pricing includes only stay. However, normal hostel amenities like hot water, electricity, and WiFi are provided free of cost. Additional services like cabs and laundry are also available for a fee.

Unlike our trip packages, travel is not included in the workation packages. However, our travel team would be more than happy to help you with booking tickets or any other assistance you may require.

Treks and tours are not included with the workation package.

All workation cancellations, if informed 7 days prior to the check-in date, shall be eligible for a 100% refund. In case cancellations happen within 7 days of the check-in date, there wouldn’t be ANY refund and will attract 100% cancellation charges. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation. To cancel/reschedule, kindly write to us at booking@thehosteller.com.

Yes, workation prices are not applicable for public holidays and other special dates. You will be charged the differential amount, details of which will be mentioned in your booking confirmation email.

Each of our locations has common areas where you can work from. Some locations even have additional spaces like libraries and backyards from where you can easily work. No individual chair or table set-up is provided to each guest.
