Imagine waking up in a palace that once served as the summer residence of The Maharaja of Jodhpur! The Indo-Saracenic architecture fused with Rajputana design elements creates a breathtaking spectacle that feels like a scene right out of a historical drama.

Bijolai Palace, the epitome of meticulous planning, dates back to 1859 and is one of Jodhpur's oldest residences. The present Maharaja of Jodhpur-Marwar, His Highness Gaj Singh 2, gifted the Bijolai Palace in 2004 to the Jal Bhagirathi Foundation. After the restoration period, the palace was opened to guests in 2012 after being fully refurbished with modern amenities. Hold onto your hats, because starting from August 2023, it's rocking a whole new vibe as a backpackers' hostel!
