How to spend a day in Kasol

7:00 AM

Start your day at the Hosteller Kasol enjoying the perfect view covering a cup of coffee.

8:00 AM

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at The Unbox cafe whilst enjoying pleasant views by the river.

8:30 AM

After breakfast, head out for a trek to Kheerganga. It's a 12 km trek that takes around 4-6 hours, so make sure you have enough water and snacks with you. You'll be surrounded by lush greenery and stunning views of the Parvati Valley.

2:00 PM

Once you reach Kheerganga, treat yourself to a hot meal at one of the local dhabas. They offer a variety of options, including dal, rice, roti, and sabzi.

Things to do in Kasol

Tosh Valley Trek is a moderate trekking route in the Parvati Valley of Himachal Pradesh, India. The trek starts from the village of Kasol and takes you through the scenic Tosh Valley, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and waterfalls. The highlight of the trek is reaching the picturesque village of Tosh, which is situated at an altitude of 7,874 feet above sea level.
Grahan Village is situated at an altitude of 2,500 meters, the village is known for its stunning natural beauty, peaceful atmosphere, and traditional way of life. The village is surrounded by towering snow-capped peaks, lush forests, and crystal-clear streams, making it a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.
Manikaran Sahib is a prominent Sikh pilgrimage site located near Kasol. It is situated on the banks of the Parvati River and is renowned for its hot springs. The complex houses several temples, including a gurudwara, and attracts thousands of visitors every year. It is believed that a visit to Manikaran Sahib can cure various ailments and bring spiritual solace to the visitors.
Serolsar Lake is a high-altitude freshwater lake surrounded by lush green forests and is considered a sacred place by the locals. The Serolsar Lake Temple, dedicated to the local deity Budhi Nagin, is situated on the banks of the lake and is an important pilgrimage site for the people of the Tirthan Valley. Visitors can trek to the lake and temple through the picturesque forest trails and enjoy the serene beauty of the area.
